Besides organizing various meets and attending to customer inquiries, the cell shares with the marketing division the responsibility of elevating the brand image in the eyes of the consumers. The specific functions being:

- Assisting customers on technical issues relating to architectural, structural and general civil engineering
- Conducting technical seminars.
- Conducting awareness programs.
- Continuous analysis of market feedback leading to continuous improvement in quality and production.
- Educating field staff & marketing force about product & application.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Management System ISO 9001 – 2000.
